We are pleased to present the VIS-UNO-247, a fanless entry level box computer and IoT gateway. Equipped with an Intel Celeron processor of the Apollo Lake generation, comprehensive I/O ports and screen interfaces, the UNO-247 delivers best computing performance at a very competitive price.

Extensive I/O for Flexible Integration

To ensure flexible configuration and easy use for different industries, the system has 4 x USB, 2 x GigaLAN, 4 x RS-232 and 2 x RS-485 ports. The fanless design reduces the accumulation of dust and foreign objects in harsh environments, while the 12 VDC power supply is protected against unexpected power failures or interruptions by a threaded socket. Overall, the UNO-247 provides a reliable edge gateway solution that can be configured to meet specific applications such as factory automation and environmental monitoring.

Smart hardware design

The compact platform is characterized by a convenient installation with high applicability and high integration potential. The complete hardware design has been optimized for use in difficult conditions with regard to higher MTBF times, reliable signal transmission and improved shock and vibration tolerance. To reduce system downtime and ensure convenient maintenance, the mechanical design of the platform has also been improved, e.g. to allow installation and exchangeability of the memory without disassembling the entire chassis.
