You would like to view all relevant values of a machine or a complete machine park in one central place? With VBASE this is no problem!
VBASE Monitoring brings together condition monitoring and other data from machine / production data acquisition, energy monitoring, etc. and presents the desired information in a compact overview.
For this purpose, VBASE supports a large number of sensors from different manufacturers to record the machine status and offers a uniform platform for evaluation. Likewise, VBASE is not limited to individual machines, but can be scaled to the respective requirements of the company. Whether individual machines and systems, the entire shop floor or several production sites (via cloud) - everything can be integrated into VBASE for monitoring and analysis.

Reliable and efficient plants require a smart maintenance strategy that minimises downtimes and costs. Condition monitoring makes wear visible, repairs plannable and downtime less frequent. VBASE supports you in all sub-steps of Condition Monitoring.
1. Recording
of machine parameters with appropriate sensors (e.g. vibration sensors, microphones, thermometers)
2. Comparison
of the actual conditions with specified reference values (e.g. setpoint to be maintained)
3. Diagnosis
Faults and wear are localised at an early stage based on the results of the condition comparison and necessary maintenance measures are planned or initiated at an early stage.
In general, the goals of condition monitoring are an improvement in operational safety and plant efficiency as well as a longer service life. It is also a basic prerequisite for condition-based maintenance, which offers significant advantages over reactive and preventive maintenance. With the appropriate sensor technology, it is possible to evaluate and interpret the machine signals correctly, so that a longer service life can be achieved with pinpoint maintenance and unplanned downtimes can be avoided.
Condition monitoring provides a lot of good information about the current condition of a plant or individual components. However, this data does not provide any information about the productivity of the plant. VBASE Monitoring solves this differently: since VBASE is not limited to pure condition monitoring, other data, e.g. from production data acquisition or consumption values from energy monitoring, can also be included here. The data of individual or several machines can be displayed in an informative machine cockpit. Depending on requirements, this can be done directly at the machine, in the control room, in the office or mobile.
