One of our Customer says they see A large X symbol on the VISAM RUNTIME screen. And then they can`t do anything. They restart the PC and thn they can run.
What is the reason of A large X symbol on the screen?
Do you have an idea?

Without a picture or the project this is hard to answer.
There was a former issue with images not being loaded properly which resulted in a placeholder that is a white image with a diagonal red cross that was since corrected in the consecutive version. This although did not prevent the runtime from working and was a pure viewing error.
Make sure that your customer runs the latest VBASE version and that enough RAM is available for VBASE (although the runtime does not need excessive amount of RAM but if the machine runs out of available RAM while VBASE is running this can lead to errors).
