the spread of the coronavirus is a concern for us all. To prevent the further spread of the virus and to protect our employees, we at VISAM have introduced strict safety and hygiene guidelines. Some of our colleagues now work from the home office.

For you as a customer, however, nothing will change. VISAM GmbH is also at your side in the Corona crisis and we are glad that we can still advise and supply you to the usual extent.

• Our software support is ready for you. So if you are using VBASE e.g. in production, you dont have to worry - we are at your side with advice and support as usual.
• The hardware service will continue to accept warranty, RMA and repair orders to the normal extent.
• Customer-specific industrial PC systems are also produced by our System Integration.
• Our sales team is also fully operational and looks forward to your inquiries. We are happy to provide information about the current delivery time of individual components and systems.
• We offer VBASE trainings as live online training. We have prepared some special offers for this.

Of course we do our best in all areas, but in these turbulent times it is impossible to predict what the next day will bring. Therefore we cannot guarantee that no delivery bottlenecks will occur. However, we regularly check your orders and inform you immediately if anything changes on the delivery dates mentioned. You are also welcome to ask us for the current status.

Nevertheless, we recommend that you check your short and medium-term demand and order early!
